PRO - Machine Operator Details:

Set up, adjust and operate the full range of extruders, enrobing and bottoming equipment: as well as stringer decorator, pumps and nut powder spreaders.
Perform all necessary temper tests in accordance with SOPs
Time all equipment in accordance to production standards and SOPs, and monitor continuous production.
Monitor belt tracking and equipment alignment.
Monitor availability of ingredients to meet scheduling demands
Responsible for keeping the piece weight in “spec” and make adjustments according to standards
Inform other production operators of production information, and give guidance to fellow workers
Document various settings, temperatures and speeds on a daily checklist.
Inspect weigh & record average weights in accordance to SOPs and drive line performance to operate at minimal loss and x-pack
