Payroll and Billing Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
56,160.00 / annually Salaried
- Processes bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
- Point of contact for all employee payroll questions or needs
- Process medical claims and communicate with patient care facilities regarding billing accounts.
- Deposits checks and cash remotely and to bank twice a week.
- Records miscellaneous deposits in accounting software
- Posts bi-weekly payroll journal entries and monthly gross revenue and adjustments.
- Process credits and refunds
- Purchasing medical and office supplies
Payroll and Billing Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; degree in Accounting preferred but will count experience in lieu of degree.
- 2-3 years’ experience in payroll, ADP experience preferred
- One year or more in medical billing and/or accounting processing.
