Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Part Time work available
  • First Shift (08:00am to 12:00pm)
  • Administrative Assistant
  • Use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and word. 
  • Answering phones, taking messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasking and issue invoice, checks etc.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned  

Admin Assistant Qualifications:

  • Must have resume 
  • Knowledge with Quick books 
  • Bookkeeping experience (P&L)
  • Knowledge with Microsoft programs 
  • Date entry experience required 
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
