Controller Details:
Direct Hire position- $
75,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually Salaried
- Assist with the preparation of the plant’s annual budget as well as periodic financial forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of analysis for capital projects.
- Perform plant month-end close, including preparation and review of journal entries.
- Complete morning shipment projection worksheets with actuals and review for accuracy.
- Handle AR/AP daily functions
- Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Review and reconcile spare parts inventory monthly ensuring receiving and usage is correct
Controller Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- 7 plus years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
- Experience using accounting software (Great Plains experience preferred).
- Managerial experience
