TIS Analyst Details:

• First Shift

• TIS Analyst Planning, conducting, and analyzing customer/dealer surveys.
• Creating and posting iN messages to Honda/Acura dealers
• Monitoring and responding to TIS inbound calls and emails
• Compile and provide iN message feedback for collection of parts/information, coordination, and support Dealer visits, and direct connection with customers for appointment scheduling, and vehicle availability.
• Conduct field and market research projects. Requests, compile preliminary analysis & reports, develop, and compose presentation materials, etc.
• Coordinate factory recovery activities, including port, railhead, and dealer holds and repair requests TIS also supports Export Service activities by managing the technical information communicated between AH Engineering and the CCA (Caribbean and Central American) distributors. This role focuses on Honda internally initiated/managed projects that requires coordination an follow up between the export distributors and Honda teams.
