Shipper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

Essential Functions: The ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, is imperative to this position. All reasonable accommodations with direct relation to safety are provided.

•Analyzes picking request and picks with accuracy.

•Detects and reports inventory discrepancies to the department supervisor.

•Maintains a high-level standard for quality and efficiency in all tasks.

•Operates forklift in a safe manner as necessary. *Once directly hired.

•Comprehends numerical and alphabetical sequences. Counts accurately & records data.

•Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

•Must be able to perform but not limited to the following physical tasks: standing, turning, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and cutting. Must be stable on a ladder and able to stand for 8-hour periods.

•Processes shipping labels using a PC in a proficient manner.

•Must be willing to accept frequent supervision and work with a team.

•Must be willing to engage in new procedures according to ongoing 5-S practices.
