• Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with all marketing campaigns.
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, understand performance, and optimize social media content for sales conversion.
• Engage with customers and prospects on social media platforms, responding to queries and managing comments to foster a positive community and add value to the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
• Work with influencers and other partners to expand brand recognition and sales opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and leverage opportunities to increase sales through social media channels.
• Manage social media advertising and promotional campaigns, including budget tracking and ROI analysis.
