• PURCHASING:
  • Source shipping and wrapping supplies from 3 vendors, covering 8 items.
  • Procure empty bags from 3 vendors, totaling 21 units, and oversee fuel procurement.
  • Manage distributed products and drop shipments from 6 vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and maintain co-packer arrangements with 2 vendors.
• ADMINISTRATIVE / INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
  • Supervise order processing, shipping, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage inventory operations, including costing, forecasting, and monitoring.
  • Oversee IT requirements and approve invoices for compliance.
• SALES:
  • Cultivate relationships with major and L&G customers, accounting for $16M+ in sales.
  • Evaluate costing and manage customer pricing strategies, preparing annual price quotes with freight costs and negotiating as needed to optimize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests for bulk and special quotes, including drop shipments, ensuring responsive and efficient service delivery.
