Legal Assistant
Join a growing team at a well-established Legal Firm in Birmingham! Minimum of four years’ experience in a litigation support role in the practice areas of Business & Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, General Litigation or Foreclosure is required.

Legal Assistant Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 60,000.00 / annually Salaried
- Drafting correspondence and typing and formatting legal documents
- Opening, organizing, managing and closing files
- Assist attorneys with research and preparation for trials and hearings
- Highly proficient in scheduling meetings, managing calendars and making and/or changing travel arrangements
- Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Legal Assistant Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years’ experience in a litigation support role in the practice areas of Business & Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, General Litigation or Foreclosure is REQUIRED
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of four years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant is required.
