Accounts Payable Assistant Details:
Contract position- $
21.50 to $ 22.75 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Respond to internal and vendor requests for payment information
- Process invoices for payment by validating cost within system or with vendors
- Clearly communicate to sales teams or vendors when cost are incorrect
- Process the invoices timely to meet in order to meet discount requirements
- Track aged AP and communicate invoices >60 days
- Problem solve and analyze inventory pending AP payment
Accounts Payable Assistant Qualifications:
- Strong MS Office skills required
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
- Experience processing invoices and working with vendors strongly preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
