Maintenance Supervisor Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:00am to02:30pm )
- Program robotic welding machines and troubleshoot/adjust POC programming, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines, while providing leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Train and mentor 2 maintenance technicians on safety protocols, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Work schedule: 4 am – 2:30 pm M-Th, with mandatory overtime on Fridays.
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
- Possess knowledge and experience in mechanical, motor repair, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with metal stamping machines is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
