1st Shift Shelving Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:45am to02:45pm )
POSITION TITLE: Shelving Associate-This position is primarily responsible for shelving merchandise that is received into the correct location throughout the warehouse. The secondary responsibility of this position is to assist with order pulling to fulfill orders for shipment. REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Shelves the merchandise received by scanning the tote ID or pallet ID. Follows directions from the voice inventory software system known as Jennifer for placing items in the appropriate location throughout the warehouse. Assists with pulling orders and replenishment based on instruction from the voice inventory software program known as Jennifer. Bags and tags inventory. Operates powered equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner. Assists with organizing and cleaning the warehouse .Assists in taking inventory on a bi-monthly basis or as needed.
1st Shift Shelving Associate Qualifications:
- 2 years recent warehouse experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk frequently.
- Adhere to dress code.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
