Tool & Die / CNC Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the CNC manufacturing team, ensuring efficient operations and on-time completion of projects.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to maximize productivity.
• Monitor production schedule and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Enforce strict safety and quality standards in the shop, coordinating regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Train and mentor employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process, providing hands-on assistance when necessary.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure specifications and customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from shop floor employees to senior management.
• Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
