CNC Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $22.00 to $25.00 /hour
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)

• Follow all safety, environmental, quality and 5S rules and regulations 
• Performs general repairs of mechanical, hydraulic and simple electrical equipment.
• Performs general repairs and maintenance to facility and grounds of both sites.
• Carries out preventative maintenance on equipment, including machines, hand tools, forklifts, etc.
• Completes accurate maintenance records including audits.
• Identifies and corrects equipment problems; proposes methods for improving maintenance efficiency and minimizing equipment down time.
• Sets up and operates new equipment/machines prior to placing in service at the site.
• Communicates company policies to workers and demonstrates and enforces safety regulations.
• Confers with other leads and management personnel to coordinate activities of individual work centers. 
• Ability to write routine correspondence, reports and procedures
• Ability to obtain a company certificate for forklift and overhead crane operation and trucks and/or other equipment as necessary in the movement of materials.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the 5 “S” system and general housekeeping of the work centers.
